Refund policy
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@gonzovi.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the claim and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Wrong size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Shipping delays outside our control
For apparel exchanges (if you choose to allow them), requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
All vinyl sales are final unless the product arrives damaged during transit.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
